Harry J. Plack, CPA/PFS, CVA, CFE, CMC

Harry, managing member of Plack Group, LLC, is an authority on business and healthcare issues. He handles valuations, planning, consulting and profit improvement for businesses, as well as advanced tax strategies.

He received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore and earned a master's degree in Management from the Johns Hopkins University.

A resident of Harford County, Maryland, Harry, his wife Cathy and their four children are active members of Sovereign Grace Church.

Margaret Franetovich, CPA, MST

As our Tax Director, Margaret brings nearly twenty years of practical experience to help closely-held businesses and individuals develop and implement advanced tax strategies. She is also highly versed in dealing with IRS matters.

She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in Accounting from the University of Mississippi and earned a master's degree in taxation from the University of Baltimore.

A native of Alabama, Margaret is a long-time resident of Harford County with two daughters that also attended Ole Miss.

Mary Anne Kreis, CPA

Mary Anne has extensive experience helping business owners maximize the after-tax returns from their business, as well as assisting them with accounting, Quickbooks and tax planning.

She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Loyola College. She a member of the AICPA and the Marylnad Society of Accountants. 

Mary Anne is a native of Maryland, residing in Harford County for the past 25 years with her husband and three daughters.

Christina Vacek, CPA

Christina is our Quickbooks expert and helps our business clients with a variety of matters.  She also specializes in accounting, consulting, tax planning and financial reporting.

She is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.S. degree in accounting and is a member of the Maryland Society of Accountants.

A lifetime resident of Maryland, Christina resides with her husband and two boys in Harford County.

Tom Kroupa

Tom specializes in accounting, auditing, consulting, financial reporting, and tax planning for a wide variety of businesses and individuals. He has extensive experience in the preparation and review of audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements.

He is a graduate of Creighton University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting, as well as a member of the Maryland Society of Accountants.

A native of Minnesota, Tom has also lived in Wyoming, Nebraska, Michigan and for the last 13 years, Forest Hill, Maryland.

Stacy Stewart

Stacy is Plack Group’s office manager and marketing coordinator. She is responsible for many things, including: processing tax returns, scheduling client appointments and offering a friendly voice on the other end of the phone.

Stacy graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in Journalism and has held several marketing positions in the financial services industry.

A new resident of Maryland, Stacy moved with her husband and two daughters from Oregon in 2010.
